Spirit Ichor is best explained as crystallized magic, appearing a colored gas, flame, energy. It is commonly green but comes in as many colors as there are. Use of it requires that one draw it directly from the Hidden World.
It is uncertain what relation it has to ectoplasm, but there is reason to believe there is a connection.
